Net Truth Cinema is an Irish-founded documentary production company devoted to investigations that respect the audience: patient, precise, and unwilling to trade clarity for comfort.
We work where public understanding breaks down — where complexity becomes a shield for power, where incomplete explanations become normal, and where the incentives behind information are rarely visible on the surface.
Our films are structured as inquiries: grounded reporting, cinematic discipline, and editorial judgment. We are not interested in manufacturing certainty. We are interested in restoring sight — the conditions under which a person can think for themselves with dignity.
The studio collaborates with journalists, cinematographers, composers, and legal counsel as each project requires. What remains constant is an ethical baseline: respect for subjects, respect for audiences, and a refusal to sensationalize suffering for spectacle.
These principles are not branding. They are constraints — the commitments we return to when a project becomes difficult.

A compelling story is not the same as a complete one. We privilege what can be shown, sourced, and weighed — even when it complicates the arc.

Institutions are larger, faster, and more interconnected than at any point in living memory. That scale produces abstraction — and abstraction produces confusion, even among thoughtful people.
At the same time, the platforms that distribute information reward heat. The result is not only misinformation, but a deeper problem: a fog of half-true narratives that makes clarity feel out of reach.
Documentary can either add to that fog, or cut through it. Net Truth Cinema exists to do the harder work — slowly, carefully, and with the public’s intelligence in mind.
